FAQ
The Circle is a curated B2B networking event held alongside the International Student Summit. It brings together education providers, migration professionals, employers, service providers, student support organisations and industry partners who work with international students.
It is designed to help organisations build partnerships, referrals, collaborations and visibility within the international student ecosystem.
The format is simple and networking-focused. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet other organisations, introduce their services, discuss potential collaborations and build industry connections in a relaxed professional setting.
No. The B2B event is open to both ISS exhibitors and non-exhibiting organisations.
If you are already exhibiting at ISS, this is an additional opportunity to connect with industry partners. If you are not exhibiting, you can still attend to explore partnerships, referrals and future opportunities.
No. The Circle B2B event is designed for organisations, professionals and industry stakeholders. Students should attend the main International Student Summit event instead.
The event is primarily designed for networking, not long presentations. There may be a short welcome or introduction from the organisers, but the main focus is on conversations, connections and partnerships.
Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards or QR contact details, a short introduction about their organisation, any partnership ideas or referral opportunities they want to discuss, and brochures or digital materials if relevant.
Exhibiting at ISS gives you direct access to international students on the expo day. The Circle B2B event is focused on industry-to-industry networking — helping you connect with other organisations that serve, support, employ or engage international students.
Ideally the two work together: ISS helps you reach students, while The Circle helps you build sector partnerships.
There is a registration fee to attend. Details are available on the booking page.
Attendee details may be used by the organisers for event communication and follow-up. A list of attending organisations may be shared with registered attendees to support networking, but personal contact details will not be shared without consent.
Yes. Organisations interested in sponsorship, hosting, speaking or partnership opportunities can contact the ISS team to discuss available options.
The Circle is organised by the team behind the International Student Summit, as part of our broader mission to connect students, providers, employers and support organisations across the international student sector.
Yes. If your organisation supports, employs, recruits, advises, houses, educates or provides services to international students, this event is likely relevant. The Circle is also a great starting point for organisations that want to understand the ISS network and explore future involvement.
