How many attendees are expected?
ISS events typically attract 800–1,000 attendees in larger states such as Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, and around 500–700 attendees in smaller states such as South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania.
Can we promote our participation before the event?
Yes. We provide ready-made graphics and captions so you can announce your participation across your social media, email and other marketing channels.
Will our organisation be promoted by ISS?
Your organisation will be listed in the #ISS Event Platform. Depending on your package, additional promotions may include social media features, email mentions, seminar promotion, website listings or targeted digital advertising.
Do we need to bring our own signage?
Yes. Exhibitors are usually expected to bring their own banners, flyers, branded materials and any approved activation items.
Can we book multiple cities?

The main event attendee database is not shared due to privacy requirements. Some sponsorship packages may include access to seminar or networking event contacts where attendees have provided consent.

Can we present a seminar?
